Lani is THE professional you want on your team when you are selling your house! She knows how to market it in the best way possible and bring out all the positives to get you top dollar! My house sold with 2 offers on day ONE! Awesome! BUT- It was not smooth sailing from there. Lani and I tap-danced our way through all kinds of things that came up and I don’t know what I would have done without her expertise! She will NOT give up and knows how to solve ANY problem you may run into.(Things DO come up! You want someone who has experience and knows how to fix it! ) She is 100% dedicated and will give you 110%. We got to closing right on time and laughed all the way to the bank!
